Quick and Healthy Superbowl Dip!

I wanted to share a really easy and quick recipe for today’s big game. It literally took me 15 minutes to make and it’s healthy!!

Here is what you will need:

1 can of fat free refried beans
Sour cream (light or fat free) 8 oz
1/3 of a cup of taco sauce or salsa
3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend
1 green bell pepper
1 red pepper
1 orange or yellow pepper
1 red onion

Directions:
Dice the peppers and onions.

Warm up the refried beans in the microwave for a minute so they are spreadable. Then spread the beans onto your serving dish. I used a 9×13 pan, but you can use whatever you wish just make sure it is similar in size.

Then take the sour cream and taco sauce or salsa (I used both) and mix together.

Spread on top of the refried beans.

Sprinkle the peppers and onions on the sour cream layer. I put onion on just half, in case there is someone who doesn’t like onions.

Last sprinkle the cheese and you are set.
