25 Habits To Have in 2017

The year to make stuff happen and to be the best you, you can be! Today I wanted to share a list of best habits to have in 2017.  These habits will give you your best year yet!

Put your phone on ‘do not disturb’ before you go to bed.

Put a glass of water beside your bed, if you don’t drink it at night, drink it first thing in the morning.

Think something kind towards yourself in the mirror while brushing your teeth.

Keep your kitchen sink clear and clean throughout the day.

Ask for help when you need it.

Say no to something once a day, just for the practice of saying no.

Always wear sunscreen, keep an extra bottle in your car always!

Take your vitamins.

Write down stuff when you think of it.

Keep a memory book.

Admit when your wrong.

Forgive when you don’t feel like it.

Pick your battles.

Practice gratitude daily, even if it’s simply for the air you breathe.

Exercise

Find time for meditation or devotion every single day.

Trust your gut.

Stay away from drama.

Get a check up once a year.

Practice smiling everyday, it will make you happier.

Call your mom.

Nuture your realtionships, remember the good stuff takes time.

Go for experiences, not things.

Read at least one book every month.

Change your thoughts fi you want to change your life.
