TGIF! So excited for the weekend! Michael is in Vegas with my dad, brother-in-law and sister’s boyfriend on a guys trip, so both my sisters and mom are coming to visit. It’s not often I get all the gals to myself at my house so I am really excited! So today I wanted to share 5 things about my mom and sisters for my ‘Fives on Friday’–see below.
I wanted to share this fun look just in time for the weekend. I absolutely adore this floral romper. Not only is it darling, but it is so comfortable (feels like pajamas) and the style is so flattering. The floral ruffle detail down the sides of the romper are cinched in to really flatter your figure and the short high/low cut really flatters the legs. That was something I didn’t notice when I ordered but once I put on I was pleasantly surprised. Pair with a cardigan and or jean jacket for the cooler summer nights.
Fives on Friday
one) my mother (Deb) had us 3 girls by the time she was 29. she has always been obsessed with skincare and after 30 years of being an ob gyn nurse she pursued her dream and opened a medical laser spa specializing in skincare and that is where I get all my amazing skincare advice.
two) my older sister, Brooke, is a part-time pharmacist, full-time super mom of three kids. her husband has been fighting cancer for almost 4 years now and her strength (and his) amaze me everyday. you can read more of her story here.
three) my little sister, Whitney, has the biggest heart. She is witter than heck and I wish I had her sarcasm most days.
four) my sisters both live in Omaha (3 hours away) and my mom is 5 hours away.
five) we all are obsessed with scary movies and shows so I am sure we will be watching the Conjuring 2 this weekend. Cue the nightmares and me running through the house to jump in my bed.
