The weather has been amazing lately and what better way to take it in, than a picnic. This past Friday, we packed up some wraps, drinks, fresh fruit, popchips, a fresh Greek salad and fresh flowers and headed to a near by park that sits right along the Missouri River. Snapped a few photos to share…

The evening was perfect – right by the quite river and quite relaxing. Daisy (our pup not pictured) even got to come with. When planning and packing for a picnic, I always go simple. Wraps from Trader Joes’, a quick and easy feta salad, my favorite popchips (since I am addicted to chips and these taste amazing without all the guilt), fresh fruit, and of course wine for the husband and sparkling water for me. A very low key date night and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
