Some highlights from our Vegas trip last weekend. We had quite the trip. We packed a lot in the short 2 days we were there; little sleep, lots of sun, fun, shows and clubs. Needless to say, I am exhausted.
Monday morning was quite the struggle and my body was in major need of a detox day. First thing in the morning, chugged 24oz of water, next was a protein shake and lunch was lots of greens and fish. In the afternoon I managed to make it to my favorite workout…Turbokick class and that was a major sweet sesh. Felt so much better after that and ended the day coming home to Michael making us grilled chicken, my favorite brussels sprouts, fresh fruit and a big green salad. My body was in need of that! How do you recover after a crazy weekend?
