post featured image

That’s right ladies, I said fats and carbs;) We all need them. Don’t rely on those fad diets, that are “low-fat” or “carb-free”. There are pretty much impossible to follow, not realistic and provide short term results. Here’s the secret… just eat a healthy, balanced diet! This isn’t rocket science. A well-balanced diet consisting of nutrient dense carbs, lean proteins and good fats will not only create long lasting weight loss results but also benefit your health greatly!! To help, here is a list of healthy protein, fats and carbs you should be eating.

What are your favorite healthy carbs, fats and proteins? Mine change all the time, but as of late, it has been avocados. I can eat a whole one plain with lime juice and garlic salt. Soo good! I have at least one a day.
