P.F. Changs Skinny Chicken Lettuce Wraps

post featured image

I am a huge fan of P.F. Changs Chicken Lettuce Wraps so when my sister, Brooke, shared this recipe with me, I couldn’t wait to try it. Plus, when you make these at home, it’s on the lighter side since you will not have to use as much oil as the restaurant most likely does. Who doesn’t like a cleaner version that tastes SOOO good!

Ingredients:
2 T Chili Garlic Sauce (I use this in a lot of my stir fry recipes)
2 T Hot Mustard
1 T Rice Vinegar
2 T Soy Sauce
2 T Hot Chili Oil
Sriracha Sauce (optional)

Water chestnuts
mushrooms
green onions
Romain lettuce (or iceberg)
2 chicken breasts

Heat 2 tablespoons of the Hot Chili Oil to a nonstick pan or wok over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until white. Once chicken is cooked add the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and hot mustard.
Next, combine your chopped green onion, water chestnuts, and mushrooms with the cooked chicken.
Cook together for 3-4 minutes.
Have your lettuce washed and ready, then add about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture to your each wrap and enjoy!
If you like it Spicy, add some Sriracha Sauce! I love this stuff, and put it on everything!
