Hey babes! TGIF, am I right? With the holiday weekend and short week, I try to keep my workouts and healthy eating on track on the remaining weekdays.
If you saw my earlier post on the new Nike Free RN Flyknits then you know I am raving about how great they have been in my workouts. I took them for a long walk/run the other night with Sutton and it’s crazy what a difference the lightweight (almost featherlike) feel the shoes give on a run. They also have been on repeat in my fitness classes.
What’s awesome about these new Nike Free RN Flyknit is that you can try them out for 30 days and if you are not satisfied or do not like, you can return! I had some questions on the color of mine and they are the ‘wolf grey/totalcrimon/gammablueblack.
