TGIF!! Bar cart is fully stocked for the weekend! In celebration of the weekend and for that fact that next weekend is a long holiday weekend, I wanted to share a refreshing and skinny summer cocktail that is SUPER easy to make. 
Bai Bubbles is my absolute favorite mixer for drinks. The flavors are so yummy and they are only 5 calories!!  Some of my favorite flavors are Blood Orange, Limon, and Pink Grapefruit. They are so refreshing alone or used as mixers. My fridge is always fully stocked. 
For this drink you will need:
Ingredients
Fresh Mint
Lemons
Vodka
Directions:
Muddle mint and lemon and add to champagne glasses – add crushed iced over fruit
Mix 1 part vodka, 3 parts Bai Bubbles Limon into a champagne 
Optional: for a fun garnish rub lemon on the rim and dip the rim in sugar. 
Serve sans alcohol to your pregnant friends or people who want a alcoholic version!
