Dressy Casual

I wore this look a couple weekends ago on a date night with Michael. Typically every Friday we always go out either on date night just us two, or Sutton joins us. I love our weekly date ritual, and it’s nice to have that to look forward to each weekend. I also like because it is my night to dress up. Our dinners are mainly casual either with Sutton or not, so I tend to wear dressy casual. I usually wear ripped jeans with heels or a dress and flats. I like being able to mix dress pieces with casual pieces. I LOVE this Lovers + Friends red lace dress. The lace detail is so pretty and can be easily dressed up or dress casual, as I did here paring with converse chucks and  camo coat. 

Our Saturdays & Sundays usually consistent of making s soup (in the fall), watching football, housework and taking Sutton somewhere fun like a petting zoo, museum, or any children friendly place.  What are some of your favorite weekend rituals?
